Lloyd consists of numerous direct and indirect retail networks. However, since Havells acquired the consumer bid of Lloyd Electric & Engineering for an enterprise value of Rs 1600 crore, the popularity of Lloyd TVs, as well as other consumer products, surged drastically.
Presently as it stands, there are around 10,000 plus direct and indirect company-owned retail shops. Furthermore, there are more than 31 company service centres and over 480 retail outlets in different parts of India.
