About Spice Tablets
Spice Mobility, which is basically a subsidiary of the telecom group S Mobility, is a manufacturer of mobile phones and tablets. The company has its headquarters in Noida, India, and is also present in several neighboring countries as well. Spice has long been associated with producing cell phones, but has also taken a dip into the tablet market, after many of its competitors have done the same. Spice’s tablet computer series is known as the Mi series.
History of Spice Tablets
Spice was formed quite a few years ago and happened to among the earliest Indian brands that began to manufacture mobile phones. It was largely known to manufacture low cost feature phones that primarily meant to serve entry level customers. Design of Spice Tablets
When it comes to the design aspect of Spice tablets, they aren’t lagging behind when compared to major brands in the market. Although, low pricing means there are certain differences. The tablets come in a rectangular form factor and have a plastic build. They are pretty light and easy to carry.
The screen is an IPS LCD multi-touch and capacitive display, with hardened glass for protection. The resolution for these devices stand at 1024x600 and the size is 7 inches. A number of capacitive buttons rests just below the screen.The back cover is removable and happens to be pretty glossy in appearance. They are available only in white color.
Features of Spice Tablets
Spice tablets are pretty much in line with all modern day tablet releases. Quad-core [processors are known to power the tablets and they have around 512MB/1GB of RAM. Although 1GB is a standard option, it isn’t much of an issue either. For storage, these tablets have in-built flash memory of around 4GB. This can also be extended by means of an external micro-SD card.
