Lenovo Group Ltd. Is a multinational computer technology firm that is largely based in America and China. The company offers a wide range of products, ranging from laptop computers to wearable devices and mobile applications. It is also the largest computer vendor at the present moment.
History of Lenovo Laptops
Lenovo was formed in 1984 and it wasn’t until 1990 that the company started to manufacture computer devices. These were primarily branded the Legend PC. In 2005, the company acquired IBM’s PC Division, which also made it the world’s third largest computer vendor. This also meant that the company became responsible for the development of the largely popular ThinkPad laptops. The IdeaPad laptops were then launched in 2008, and the company maintains the line till date. For lower end options, it has also introduced the Essentials lineup.

These start with the low-end Essentials series, follow through with the IdeaPad and then have high-end offerings in the form of the ThinkPad.
Also, Lenovo devices are known to boast of great durability and quality. Despite this, it also maintains low pricing options when compared to many other brands in the Indian PC market.
