History of Panasonic Digital Cameras

Then there are several midrange and high-end lineups as well. Many of the camera models allow for good zooming capabilities. These come under the TZ lineup. Ultrazoom cameras make up another line, known as the SZ. If someone is looking for a camera for rough usage, the TZ lineup is one to go by.
For strictly digital SLR cameras from Panasonic, one can count on the lines that go with FX and FZ. Besides, the company has manufactured mirrorless cameras and these come with the G series tag.
For image processing, Panasonic’s Lumix shooters use the Venus engine. These are known to process images up to 21MP resolution. Additionally, the cameras have optical zooming capability up to 30x. The ISO ranges for these cameras largely vary from model to model. Again, these shooters also support full HD recording. Most of the lenses used in Panasonic’s camera models come from Leica or Vario.
Connectivity can be availed in the form of USB, audio/video, HDMI and also Wi-Fi, GPS and NFC for some of the models. Besides this, several other camera features are supported as well and they support all major formats of storage cards.
