As of now, it looks to extend its venture to the boundaries of Nepal and Myanmar.
A positive consumer acceptance
Videocon set a big target for the financial year of 2017-18. Considering the statistical data of 2016-17, the company has acquired a 15% market share in the Indian arena. And it expects to sell more than 4 million units of AC this year. The company, however, looks to sustain its window AC segment with some modifications. It takes this approach to bring Videocon air conditioners, to every household in this country.
Videocon is moving with the primary aim to increase their customer base not only in India but also worldwide. And establishing an additional 100 stores in India is their primary step in this direction. Globally, the company looks to increase their volume of Videocon air conditioners sales in existing countries thus striving towards an overall increase in sales volume.
