History of Vivo Mobile Phones

As a company, Vivo Electronics Corporation took off in the year 2009. It was in to manufacturing smartphones and later tablet computers. However, much of the company’s presence was only in China itself.

Vivo began to expand its market and entered several other countries in Asia. At present, it has a market in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Myanmar. The company largely releases it phones in the X, Y and V series.

Their products have been received well in the market and is also pretty much available everywhere. Design of Vivo Mobile Phones

Vivo primarily deigns it products very well. The phones are of a bar form factor and are largely made of polycarbonate material. This ensures that they are rather light in weight. The Vivo branding lies at the back of the device.

For the screen, Vivo’s models are equipped with IPS LCD displays that vary in their size. These displays also ensure quality by having FHD/HD resolution for great viewing results. Hardened glass is also made available on these devices so that they serve as some form of protection.

The phones are available in many colors, primarily being gold, silver or black.

When it comes to features, Vivo smartphones pretty much add up to most of the other phones that are available in the market. They are equipped with the very latest in hardware and features.

Starting with the processor, Vivo smartphones come with top class hardware. They are powered by Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets offering multi-core processing power. Primary memory of up to 2 GB can also be expected on these devices. Internal storage is another important aspect and on Vivo’s phones they even go up to 64GB. Micro-SD card support is available as well.

All Vivo phones are known to run on Android OS, and its latest release runs the Lollipop version. The interface provided on these phones for usage is very well developed and easy to use.

Cameras on Vivo smartphones are of a very good quality. They are provided both, on the rear and front and are capable of taking very high-quality pictures. There are several other features that are provided in the camera software.

When it comes to connectivity, Vivo offers almost everything that all modern day smartphones are known to offer. They arrive with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi facilities for wireless connectivity, besides having SIM connectivity for 3G and also 4G networks. Other than this, there is support for GPS, a 3.5mm headphones jack, speakers for external audio, micro-USB port and more. Battery life of smartphones is also pretty commendable and usually decent.
