History of Karbonn Mobile Phones
Karbonn is a relatively new entrant in the mobile phone arena. In fact, the company was only formed in 2009 and started out by launching extremely affordable feature phones that were very basic in nature. Features of Karbonn Mobile Phones
Phones from Karbonn have a wide array of common features, which are found in cell phones these days. They are largely equipped with Spreadtrum or MediaTek chipsets. Along with this, the phones are known to feature up to 2GB of RAM. Internal storage generally rests within the 4 to 8GB bracket for most of the phones. However, there is scope for expansion.
The phones largely run the latest Android versions, available at the time of release of a particular phone. The interface is usually Android’s default stock interface, but with slight customizations. However, they often contain plenty of bloatware.
Both, front and rear cameras can be found on Karbonn’s smartphone models. They have varying resolutions and are capable of shooting decent quality images. They also come bundled with additional features that aid in photography.
Connectivity of these phones is mainly reliant on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular dual SIM (3G support), micro USB and a headphone jack. They also pack quality speakers for external audio. Besides this, they have a number of sensors as well.
